Ng pro­duces a hearty Span­ish menu that’s ideal for shar­ing. A meal typ­i­cally starts with a bowl of deep-fried prawn heads paired with a light, slightly nutty dip made from toma­toes, al­monds and wal­nuts. Must-try dishes in­clude the sea­sonal bur­rata and kale salad, which opens your ap­petite for the paella “Ola”, where the charred rice is topped with a gen­er­ous por­tion of seafood in­clud­ing fish, baby cala­mari and Ja­panese baby shrimp. Be­fore you or­der, you may also be in­formed of sea­sonal dishes, such as beef cheek with broc­col­ini tem­pura.
