TEL: 6831 7250 From the à la carte menu, the Aus­tralian lamb shank braised for nine hours in a red wine mari­nade un­til fork-ten­der yields a nice bal­ance of sweet and savoury. Other must­tries in­clude the tan­doori cod and the grilled wagyu burger with horseradis­h may­on­naise. The small but well-cu­rated buf­fet se­lec­tion com­prises mostly Mediter­ranean sal­ads with some Mid­dle Eastern choices, cheeses and cold cuts. Qual­ity ad­di­tions such as the crab on ice, Chi­nese roast duck and pork belly don’t go un­no­ticed. Desserts are pri­mar­ily com­posed of Asian and West­ern cakes and a few tri­fles, though the stand­out is the hum­ble yet hugely sat­is­fy­ing bread pudding that’s done just right.
