The seafood dishes are among the biggest hits. The tuna tartare with av­o­cado, trout roe and ex­travir­gin olive oil is among the must-tries, of­fer­ing a re­fresh­ing start to the meal. Other high­lights in­clude the Msc-cer­ti­fied, sus­tain­ably sourced seafood. These in­clude the Bos­ton lob­ster and the scal­lops; the lat­ter is fresh, with a nicely seared edge, and is paired with edamame purée and blood sausage for tex­tures and that sweet-savoury con­trast. The sir­loin-and­lob­ster set for two in­cludes the palat­able Aus­tralian Westholme wagyu sir­loin.
