Pair it with a glass of red from the Span­ish isles, or (as is our pref­er­ence) a glass of house-made san­gria, which is de­light­fully re­fresh­ing and not overly sweet. Dishes that shouldn’t be missed in­clude the el pulpo— ten­der oc­to­pus leg fired up on the Josper grill and served on a bed of pur­ple mashed pota­toes—as well as the gam­bas al pil pil, which are suc­cu­lent fresh prawns served siz­zling on a hot pan, gen­er­ously doused with vir­gin olive oil and gar­lic. We also like how the paella de pescado is served with more seafood than rice. Fin­ish the meal with chur­ros or the salty but­ter caramel lava cake.
