TEL: 6736 0006 While there are a few stand­out seafood dishes, the high­light here is the savoury Pek­ing Ir­ish duck. Sourced from the famed Sil­ver Hill farm, this out­let’s com­pe­tent prepa­ra­tion of its sig­na­ture roast is what sets it apart. The nicely browned and crisp skin is de­light­ful on its own, but is in­trigu­ingly good when dipped in a lit­tle blue­berry sauce and pop­ping candy. The qual­ity of the duck means the breast and thigh are also served, sliced for ease and paired with a va­ri­ety of condi­ments—mus­tard or black bean sauce for the ten­der breast, and wrapped with tra­di­tional fill­ings and sauce for the fra­grant thigh. A side of wok-fried French beans is rec­om­mended.
