Angeleigh Khoo
Angeleigh is a keen cook and voracious traveller who loves experiencing the world through food and the rituals that surround it. Formerly the editor of BBC Good Food Asia and Food & Travel, she left the rat race six years ago to pursue her yoga studies in Bali and has since been teaching yoga full-time. She is also the contributing dining editor for food app Burpple.
Henry Hariyono
Henry is the co-founder of Artisan Cellars, a leading fine wine importer in Singapore since 2008. His profession takes him to dine not only at leading restaurants in Singapore, but also at exciting gastronomy addresses across Europe and other wine countries. He writes regularly about food and wine, and his opinions are often cited by local and international F&B publications, such as Travel + Leisure.
Desmond Sim
Desmond is a creative writing, drama and public speaking coach for highly talented kids. He also offers consultancy in copywriting and brand communications, and is passionate about food and healing energy.
Annette Tan
A veteran food writer, Annette was a restaurant reviewer for the Today
newspaper for nine years. She is also the author of Savour Chinatown: Stories & Recipes from an Iconic Neighbourhood,
which celebrates Chinatown’s rich historical and culinary legacy through the stories of its original hawkers and restaurateurs. She also writes and edits for various food guides, including the Louis Vuitton City Guide Singapore.
Aun Koh
Aun Koh is an entrepreneur with a background in the media and communications sectors. His latest endeavor has been the creation of the private membership club Straits Clan, co-founded with two other partners. He’s a television host, food blogger and columnist, and current Chairman of the Pangdemonium Theatre Company.
June Lee
June has been a writer and editor for 17 years, working on prestigious lifestyle titles in Singapore and the region. Her focus is on food, alcohol, travel and environmental writing. A Certified Specialist in Wine, her career has taken her to far corners of the world, from Acapulco to Seychelles. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining at home and contributing to green causes.
