The ca­sual chic in­te­ri­ors of Como Cui­sine re­flect the spirit of the Como brand and its famed re­sorts the world over. They also serve as the per­fect back­drop to ex­ec­u­tive chef Ti­mothy De Souza’s ex­pan­sive menu, which seems to dip into all kinds of cuisines and cul­tures. Ex­pect to see din­ers or­der­ing a feast to share, tuck­ing in with full gusto, and ap­pre­ci­at­ing some of the chef’s best dishes. These in­clude the roasted cau­li­flower with al­mond, mo­lasses and Nigella yo­ghurt, which is per­fectly cooked and boasts gor­geous flavours. Also worth not­ing are the crab salad, which is el­e­vated with the use of pomelo, star­fruit and young co­conut, and the lovely mango carpac­cio, which com­prises beau­ti­fully ripe man­goes with a hint of vanilla and co­conut sor­bet—very nat­u­ral and great for our cli­mate.
