ON THE PASS
Kyoto native Kazuhiro Hamamoto studied cooking at the prestigious Kyoto Culinary Art College. He further trained in prestigious establishments in Japan, including Kichisen, which earned its third Michelin star in 2014. He moved to Singapore to help open acclaimed restaurant Waku Ghin; and in 2013, he became Ki-sho’s resident chef, where he serves tantalising kaiseki omakase menus inspired by the beautiful seasons of his native country.
