Ex­ec­u­tive chef Nicky Ng got an early start in the kitchen, help­ing out with the prepa­ra­tion work. This in­spired him to fur­ther hone his culi­nary skills by work­ing at top restau­rants, in­clud­ing the for­mer Can­tonese food tem­ple Club Chi­nois in Sin­ga­pore and Hakkasan in New York. He brings his stel­lar ex­pe­ri­ence to Mitzo, dish­ing out vis­ually ap­peal­ing Can­tonese fare that’s rooted in tra­di­tion but with a con­tem­po­rary spin.
