She started her ca­reer in her na­tive Syd­ney be­fore mov­ing across the world—europe, the Caribbean and Asia—to re­fine her skills in lux­ury bou­tique prop­er­ties. Be­fore join­ing the Shangri-la Ho­tel, Sin­ga­pore, she led the culi­nary team at a well­ness re­treat in Bali.
