Since it opened last year, Origin Grill has made a name for itself as a fine steakhouse. And one person to thank is chef de cuisine Heidi Flanagan.
She started her career in her native Sydney before moving across the world—europe, the Caribbean and Asia—to refine her skills in luxury boutique properties. Before joining the Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore, she led the culinary team at a wellness retreat in Bali.
