There are so many sumptuous dishes to try at The Song of India, but chef Manjunath Mural’s prawn dum biryani always stands out. The saffron-infused rice is enhanced by fresh prawns and a concoction of homemade garam masala, fresh mint leaves and rosewater. It’s extremely flavourful, with just the right amount of spice.
