This world-class grill offers an impressive selection of beef, mostly sourced from Australia. These include the beautifull­y marbled and expertly grilled Blackmore striploin, which seems to dissolve in the mouth, and the tenderloin, enhanced with burnt caramelise­d onions and buttery bone marrow. You don’t need any additional sauces, but sides of acerbic butterhead lettuce, shallots with a lovely vinaigrett­e dressing, and burrata tossed with fennel and orange, give the meal some welcome variety.
