The Atlas lamb tagine is prepared with dried apricots and prunes that provide a judicous amount of sweetness. The murgh makhani (butter chicken) is served in a luscious and tangy sauce, perfect for mopping up with naan. Most mains are served with your choice of pulao rice, couscous or mashed potatoes.
