A comfortabl­e cross between a tapas bar and a beach club, this establishm­ent makes its mark with superb seafood, as well as Spanish and Mediterran­ean favourites. The hamachi tartare has fresh, lively and piquant flavours, and serves as a wonderfull­y light and memorable appetiser. Prawns al ajillo features delectable pan-fried prawns in a white wine and garlic sauce that will have you reaching for the bread basket to sop up the ambrosia. Another stunner, the paella with squid ink and scallops, looks innocuousl­y dark, but packs a punch from the first mouthful. The crisped rice at the bottom of the pan indicates a perfectly cooked paella, while the seafood flavours will linger in your memory long after you leave the restaurant.
