The hamachi tartare has fresh, lively and piquant flavours, and serves as a wonderfully light and memorable appetiser. Prawns al ajillo features delectable pan-fried prawns in a white wine and garlic sauce that will have you reaching for the bread basket to sop up the ambrosia. Another stunner, the paella with squid ink and scallops, looks innocuously dark, but packs a punch from the first mouthful. The crisped rice at the bottom of the pan indicates a perfectly cooked paella, while the seafood flavours will linger in your memory long after you leave the restaurant.
