Nothing is as it appears on first sight, and each dish is enjoyable, flavourful, and uniquely its own. The Hainanese-style chicken rice is served in a dumpling packed with the piquant flavours of the dish, and a side of thickened chicken stock; the Labyrinth rojak pairs with a tasteful array of herbs, honey and cempedak sorbet; and the Heartland Waffle is laced with a mix of local duck liver pâté and goji berry jam.
