Other musttries include the tandoori cod and the grilled wagyu burger with horseradish mayonnaise. The small but well-curated buffet selection comprises mostly Mediterranean salads with some Middle Eastern choices, cheeses and cold cuts. Quality additions such as the crab on ice, Chinese roast duck and pork belly don’t go unnoticed. Desserts are primarily composed of Asian and Western cakes and a few trifles, though the standout is the humble yet hugely satisfying bread pudding that’s done just right.
