The food is contemporary, perfectly cooked and artfully presented. Steaks are one of the biggest draws, and we love the juiciness and flavour of the Westholme Wagyu flatiron MBS 6-7+, served with Jerusalem artichoke, black garlic and pickled onion. The wine list is also excellent—leaning heavily away from old world into the new, but a fun list to explore nonetheless. And the views are still breathtaking. It’s high time more customers rediscover Salt and show support for a kitchen and an incredibly genial front-of-house team that’s firing on all cylinders.
