EAT RESPONSIBLY
The only aquarium-restaurant in Singapore cares for our planet through the food it serves. Under the helm of chef de cuisine Minwoo Yun, the restaurant uses only sustainably sourced seafood, some of which are from local fish farms, or line-caught from New Zealand, Chile and Norway. These are reimagined into dishes like the seared sea bass with cauliflower, baby squid and clams (served in set menus).
