Raymond Lim

Raymond Lim is the founder of boutique F&B consultancy Restaurant Lifestyle Asia, which focuses on helping real estate developers in the region create their proprietary dining concepts. Apart from delivering bespoke projects from Kuala Lumpur to Shanghai, he also helps foreign F&B brands enter the Southeast Asia market. His many years spent fraternising in the local and international restaurant scenes have also helped build a formidable network of chefs and restaurateurs from Singapore to Sweden, which he can count on “for a refreshing glass of champagne” every time he pops by for a visit or to help elicit that elusive table reservation for his circle of “gastronaut” friends.
