Colombian chef Fernando Arevalo was studying to be an engineer before the “calm in the kitchen chaos” led him to pursue a job in the F&B industry. He trained under influentia­l chefs, including Daniel Boulud and Bill Telepan, before moving to Singapore to helm Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and later on, its sister outlet, Artemis.
