Buona Terra
Awell-balanced menu allows you to “create-your-own-menu” of three to five courses. The degustation menu lets the chef’s creativity shine via a wonderful culinary adventure. Luxury radiates from a delicate mound of homemade tagliolini, fresh porcini nestling in its strands, with vibrancy from the Navelli saffron and Parmesan cheese; it’s crowned with gossamer-thin slices of black truffle. The marbled wagyu sirloin is delectable in its juicy tenderness. For a memorable finale, the Sigaro Esotico (“exotic cigar”) is a must-try—a rolled cocoa wafer, filled with tart passionfruit, and complemented by a “charcoal ash” of coconut meringue atop an enlivening mango compote. Service is personable and professional. The Italian-focused wine list, detailed by regions, features some exclusive labels. Situated in a colonial bungalow, wines are showcased in the entrance foyer, with colourful artwork on the restaurant’s walls.
