What started as a love for food sculptures for chef Nicky Ng has turned into a passion for Cantonese cuisine. He developed his skills working at top restaurants, including Club Chinois in Singapore (known for its mod-chinese cuisine) and Hakkasan in New York. With Mitzo, he does his contemporary take on Cantonese cuisine while staying true to its culinary philosophy. $40-$60/PERSON
