Aquamarine is well-known for its extensive, halal buffet spread that spans Asian and Western cuisines— including seafood, salads, roast meats and desserts. Start at the carving station, where you’ll find the freshly baked and succulent salmon fillet with aromatic citrus crust, as well as the tender, flaky roast leg of lamb enhanced by garlic and rosemary. As for the colourful dessert station, you’ll find assorted Nonya kuehs, Portuguese egg tarts and the restaurant’s all-time favourite durian spring rolls.

With so many options for everyone, it’s a good place for friends to gather in a spacious environment, albeit slightly noisy. Staff are friendly, but need to be more proactive in serving guests. There are also numerous teas, juices and other beverages offered.
