Hungry diners can opt for the Discovery Menu, while those with smaller appetites can choose the Menu Appetit. The latter starts with an amuse-bouche of chilled tomato soup, (which is a burst of freshness in the mouth), followed by meaty langoustines richly covered in espuma and avocado slices shaped like cannelloni, and stuffed with fresh, sweet shreds of crabmeat. Mains include the wagyu beef grilled to medium-rare, with just the right marbling to give it a nice chew; it’s lightly seasoned to let its natural flavours shine. The meal ends with even more treats from the dessert and petit four trolleys.
