The menu also boasts an excellent selection of soups; the double-boiled wild chicken consommé with wonton and Tientsin cabbage is a comforting, flavourful broth that’ll leave you craving more. There are numerous fish and seafood options, including lobster and crab— but if you have to choose, pick something from the abalone menu. Simply done and executed with aplomb, the abalone is perfectly plump and hugely satisfying.
