You’ll get one of the most delicious and authentic paellas at chef Daniel Chavez’s restaurant—but be prepared to pay a little more than usual. The highlight of the menu (and a crowd favourite) is the traditional Mar i Muntanya—spanish rice served in a pan, topped generously with prawns and lobster. Packed with flavour, the dish will have you savouring every last bit. There are numerous seafood options served tapasstyle to go with your paella. The gambas feature fresh, plump tiger prawns roasted in an aromatic garlic oil, with dried chilli for a little bit of kick; the pulpo is grilled Spanish octopus that’s tender, succulent and slightly smoky. Do check out the daily seasonal specials; the fish served here is line-caught and certified sustainable. Spanish bottles dominate the wine list, but the by-the-glass options are more varied. The ambience is lively and the service is top-notch.
