The plump Peking Irish duck is the real attraction here; the crisp, golden brown skin is smoky and fragrant, and the flesh is utterly tender. The king prawns, which are easy to peel, are served in a reddish-gold curry sauce—best eaten with the fried prawns to mop up all the sauce. The Sri Lankan crabs with vermicelli is enlivened by the slightly sweet san bei sauce. Finish with the aloe vera jelly or mango with pomelo for a cooling effect. The restaurant also offers a compact wine list of old and new world wines, including one house pour and a selection of Chinese wine. Staff are courteous, attentive, with good knowledge of what they’re serving.
