Bedrock Bar & Grill first introduced the colossal Tomahawk steak— which weighs between 1.3kg to 2kg— in 2009 and it has been a signature ever since. Here, the coveted 400day grain-fed F1 wagyu is cooked over a mesquite wood-fire grill, which renders the meat succulentl­y rich, with beautifull­y marbled fats.
