Coming from a food-loving family, it was only natural for senior sous chef Terence Ong Say Wei to take on this daunting but rewarding path. He began his career at 17 and trained at Stellar at 1-Altitude, where he was exposed to contemporary European cooking and how to seamlessly blend it with Japanese cuisine. He has been with Kinki since 2014, constantly reimagining dishes that keep gourmands coming back for more.
