Executive chef Nicky Ng got an early start in the kitchen, helping out with the preparation work. This inspired him to further hone his culinary skills by working at top restaurants, including the former Cantonese food temple Club Chinois in Singapore and Hakkasan in New York. He brings his stellar experience to Mitzo, dishing out visually appealing Cantonese fare that’s rooted in tradition but with a contemporary spin.
