Chef Cheong Kai Choon has taken common ingredient­s in Cantonese kitchens and put his own spin on them to create such dishes as miso shoyu baked cod and tiger prawn vermicelli, which aren’t only original but are also supremely good. With the new presentati­on, some of the dishes are served individual­ly. The wine list, though unexciting, is very budget-friendly, all of which makes this a good venue for business entertainm­ent.
