A meal typically starts with a bowl of deep-fried prawn heads paired with a light, slightly nutty dip made from tomatoes, almonds and walnuts. Must-try dishes include the seasonal burrata and kale salad, which opens your appetite for the paella “Ola”, where the charred rice is topped with a generous portion of seafood including fish, baby calamari and Japanese baby shrimp.
