The seafood dishes are among the biggest hits. The tuna tartare with avocado, trout roe and extravirgi­n olive oil is among the must-tries, offering a refreshing start to the meal. Other highlights include the Msc-certified, sustainabl­y sourced seafood. These include the Boston lobster and the scallops; the latter is fresh, with a nicely seared edge, and is paired with edamame purée and blood sausage for textures and that sweet-savoury contrast.
