Pair it with a glass of red from the Spanish isles, or (as is our preference) a glass of house-made sangria, which is delightful­ly refreshing and not overly sweet. Dishes that shouldn’t be missed include the el pulpo— tender octopus leg fired up on the Josper grill and served on a bed of purple mashed potatoes—as well as the gambas al pil pil, which are succulent fresh prawns served sizzling on a hot pan, generously doused with virgin olive oil and garlic. We also like how the paella de pescado is served with more seafood than rice. Finish the meal with churros or the salty butter caramel lava cake.
