The kitchen is helmed by executive chef Tang Chi Cheung, who serves his modern take on Cantonese cuisine. While enjoying the majestic Marina Bay vista, tuck into delicious creations which include the sautéed beef cubes. These are perfectly seasoned and seared, aromatic with fried sliced garlic, and deliciousl­y juicy to boot. The steamed boneless chicken is a healthier option, but no less delectable, featuring tender slices of lean chicken infused with the flavours of sliced ham, shiitake mushroom and steamed kai lan.
