The starter of deep-fried frog legs with Chinese five-spice is a unanimous favourite. The batter is crisp and light, and the spices whet the appetite. Equally well received are the doubleboil­ed assorted seafood soup, the delicate braised homemade tofu with spinach and crabmeat, and the luscious slow-cooked pork ribs with lychee sauce, served with golden mantou for dipping.
