Sourced from the famed Silver Hill farm, this outlet’s competent preparation of its signature roast is what sets it apart. The nicely browned and crisp skin is delightful on its own, but is intriguingly good when dipped in a little blueberry sauce and popping candy. The quality of the duck means the breast and thigh are also served, sliced for ease and paired with a variety of condiments—mustard or black bean sauce for the tender breast, and wrapped with traditional fillings and sauce for the fragrant thigh. A side of wok-fried French beans is recommended.
