The restaurant, led by a very talented Singaporean, Benjamin Tan, pays tribute to classical European dishes, presented in a new breath of light and modern flavours, which are paired with a smart wine list featuring more than 30 options by the glass. The food menu reads like an old friend, with perennial favourites such as lobster bisque and sautéed foie gras, and the main courses are finished off tableside. The service team, led by veteran Kelvin Tay, is friendly and puts every diner at ease with their genuine hospitality.
