Kazuhiro Hamamoto trained in the art of kaiseki in his native Kyoto, the former imperial capital of Japan. He pursued a career in Singapore when he joined the opening team of two-michelin-starred Waku Ghin. In 2013, he moved to Ki-sho as its resident chef and continues to serve up omakase menus inspired by the seasons, rooted in his home country’s rich culinary traditions. $150- $300/PERSON NO 3 $50/BOTTLE
