This stylish 250-seat restaurant is the all-day dining venue of the upscale JW Marriott hotel, offering both à la carte and buffet options. With 12 food stations stretched across the hip space, it’s never too crowded at any one station. Dinner options include the wowworthy seafood pantry, which harbours several varieties of bivalves including oysters, brown and King crabs, Maine lobsters and large prawns. The charcoal grill and roast sections feature roast beef prime rib, lamb, Spanish suckling pig, Iberico pork, pizza and grilledto-order fish. The salad bar and antipasti section offers a premium selection of seafood and plantbased choices. Local dishes such as chilli crab are rotated, but the signature laksa is perennial, and both are excellent. The sweets section typically features a live station in addition to a colourful selection of fruit, entremets and ice cream. A selection of 12 wines—mostly New World and inexpensive—can be had by the glass or bottle.
