The place to go for a dose of classic British food is none other than celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen. A signature favourite is the beef Wellington, which features a thick and luscious piece of steak enveloped with a thin crust of pastry, and paired with a side of mash potatoes, glazed carrots and seasonal greens. The fish and chips is another classic dish—their version features a generous piece of battered fish cooked until perfectly golden, which slices easily to reveal its well-seasoned flesh. It comes with a serving of crushed green peas, steak fries and tartar sauce, though you don’t really need the dip to enjoy the dish.
