The Dining Room is located on the ground floor of the Sheraton Towers, set against the backdrop of a beautiful cascading waterfall, and serves local and Western cuisines. Diners can enjoy the serenity and tranquil ambience while feasting on delicious local dishes such as the comforting dry laksa, redolent with bold flavours and accompanied by a generous serving of fresh prawns, fish cakes and condiments. Hokkien mee, another fan favourite, comprises thick yellow noodles fried into an aromatic stock made with pork bones and fresh prawn heads, and garnished with tender slices of pork belly, fish cake, squid and a generous serving of crispy fried pork fat. At the Indian station, the murgh makhani stands out for its beautifully cooked chicken in a mildly spiced tomato-based sauce, combined with butter, yoghurt and delicious spices for a smooth, rich and robust finish. It’s served with crispy flatbread to soak up all that goodness.
