The Knolls at Capella Singapore.

Its location on Sentosa Island, for one, is away from the maddening crowd. The all-day dining restaurant is also well-known for its quality buffet. At the fresh seafood counter, you’ll find French oysters, prawns, scallops, lobster and a variety of sashimi (salmon, tuna and yellowtail). Next to this is an array of sushi that include options with aburi tuna and unagi. In the outdoor area just beyond the restaurant’s entrance, the grilled food station features roasted duck breast, grilled Angus beef, barbecued chicken, grilled prawns and pork ribs, among others. Nearby, there’s also satay, freshly made pasta and risotto prepared in a cheese wheel. A generous range of desserts and fruits help end the meal on a sweet note.
