Lime has made a name for itself with its extensive buffet spread spanning Asian and local favourites, but the à la carte menu is also worth exploring. From the Western section, you have the likes of fish and chips, where the day’s fresh catch is judiciously coated in a beer batter and deep-fried to a crisp, golden-brown finish. Also a must-order is the lobster risotto, made more indulgent with flakes of blue swimmer crabmeat and hints of truffle oil. From the grill section comes the Australian Wagyu sirloin with a marble score of five; the chefs recommend it medium-rare to fully appreciate its juicy texture and marbling. If you’re visiting with friends, the prosciutto pizza is made for sharing. Its light and airy dough is generously laden with dry-cured ham, which is balanced with the creaminess of the buffalo mozzarella, the earthiness of truffle oil and the nuttiness of arugula.
