A beautifully relaxed restaurant with a clubby vibe, Publico allows guests to effortlessly transition from drinks and snacks into a fullfledged dinner. The calamari and cauliflower fritti is well seasoned with a light and airy batter, but this appetiser can do with a tad more aoli to balance out the dry crunch of the dish. For something more substantial, the tartufata pizza is aromatic with truffle and mushroom deliciousness, and oozes with silky, warm cheese.

The lobster spaghetti arrives looking pretty scrumptious, perfectly seasoned and tossed in a hearty tomato sauce. For mains, the bistecca beef steak is most memorable for its deliciously smoky sear and its juicy tenderness. The steak is paired well with a refreshing tossed cress and tomato salad; this is a heavenly dish that warrants repeat visits to the restaurant.
