Grill at Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore. The restaurant offers steakhouse cuisine including exclusive cuts of craft Wagyu, which is the pinnacle of Japanese Wagyu beef. For our vegetarian or vegan friends, the restaurant has plant-based dishes such as seasoned jackfruit roll, pasta with 'green kale textures', and the famed maitake mushroom. As for dessert, make space for the Strawberry Garden, which also happens to be plant-based and consists of a shortcrust base with strawberry, grape and basil jam, chocolate puffed rice and a strawberry filled with green matcha tea and basil gel.
