In the meantime, check out its recently launched book Wine and Food: The Perfect Match, featuring expert insights and pairing recommendations by 67 Pall Mall’s head of wine Ronan Sayburn and 100 recipes by executive chef Marcus Verberne. The book, which combines a study of the world’s great wines with a collection of meat and seafood dishes as well as desserts, is designed with both the “vin-curious” beginner and the wine connoisseur in mind.
