Din Tai Fung is our go-to place for comforting Taiwanese food. Service is professional and prompt, and the wide range of dishes will suit any palate. One of the best-sellers here is the fried rice with fresh shrimps and eggs. The menu also boasts an impressive list of steamed buns and dumplings served piping hot. The steamed truffle and pork xiao long baos are certainly not to be missed. The truffle adds a decadent flair to the dumplings, but does not overpower the palate. This delicious combination is encased within a paper-thin skin that melts in the mouth. Din Tai Fung remains a firm favourite for its unpretentious ambience, consistent flavours and efficient service.
