An elegant Cantonese restaurant with more than a few surprises, this establishment keeps up with food trends—with delicious results. The special ‘Cigar' roll appetiser is a tube of nori filled with black truffle, foie gras and prawn. You immediately get a heady melange of crispy seaweed and creamy shrimp flavours. The smoked jamon Iberico pork char siew is certainly one of the best in town. It's tender, smoky and perfectly caramelised. The highlight of the meal, the simmered fish paste with surf clams, dried scallop in supreme rice broth and puffed rice makes for a surprisingly flavourful treat.
