Elements of Sri Lankan culture are expertly woven into the ingredient-driven modern Australian cuisine. One of the standouts is the Sri Lankan curry of Western Australian marron grilled over binchotan and served with spiced millet porridge, tamarind brown butter chutney and coconut broth. Just as memorable is the pork jowl with smoked eel, pickled quail egg, and blended with fluffy corn sabayon. Another sublime creation is the superbly tender Tochigi A4 Wagyu laced with fermented soy mirin dressing and accompanied with charcoal-grilled king brown mushroom brushed with Wagyu fat. Cloudstreet features an excellent wine list to match the flawless food. You can request for either a wine or non-alcoholic pairing. There are also wines by the glass to choose from.
